I think so. I installed mine on an ashphalt driveway using construction adhesive rather than trying to drill into the surface.

Yes, the more light you put on them the better you can see them.

cab you use a snow blower with these markers in place?

You should be able to do that but you have to make sure that your snow blower is set to at least 2 inches above the surface. If the blower is lower than that it would surely snag the markers
