Great for growing plants in the classroom. Very bright, nice size for shelves. Easy to "install". Lightweight. COmes with a nice assortment of hardware and cords, making them versatile

Zip tie mounted on a 5 tier wire rack system, (2 light bars per rack), these were a perfect mounting fit. They lend themselves to several mounting options. The light is intense and they performed very well. I'll be buying again as I expand my operation.

These lights have a better spectrum for plants than the plain 5000K LEDs that I removed. I don’t think they are quite as bright, but the plants will let me know in a week or 2! Easy to set up, but one star was removed because the cords to connect them together were not long enough for some of my (18”) shelf spacing. I had to use cords off of other lights that were plenty long so be aware of that 1 thing. All 8 of these 3’ pinkish white lights work. I will try to update if I have problems in the long run. So far, so good.

I previously had set up these plant shelves with the Barrina T8 LED Grow Lights which are very bright and only required 1 light per shelf. However they got really hot and raised the temperature of the growing area and my room. I decided to give the T5 version a try and although they require 2 lights per shelf to match the PPFD of the single T8, they give off far less heat - when I touch them with my hand they feel barely warmer than the ambient room temp. They seem to be built very well and emit a very nice light for growing my African Violets. I’d say they’re perfect for lower light plants. I love that the black housings don’t contrast against the black wire shelf unit as well. Overall a great purchase! I’ve tried several and think these are the ones to keep.Side note - Barrina includes plenty of extra power cords and extender cables so I recommend using a different power cord for each shelf. This allows you to manage the shelves more efficiently and I believe the lights stay cooler to the touch when you only have a couple linked together versus all of them on one circuit.

This is the second set of lights I have bought from barrina and I have nothing but good to say about them they are a great light for low end light pricing the wiring is compatible between models and they come with all the hardware needed for hanging them besides the rope. Now durability my kids may have dropped the lights once in the box and nothing was damaged the build quality is great and installation was a breeze and they fit perfect for my application over all I wouldn’t be afraid to buy these they look great work amazing and over all a great product

Overall, these lights have worked really well for my plants. They provide an assortment of cables and ways to hang them. Being able to use them individually or all in a line is great! They can also be turned off/on individually or all together. My only criticism is that the magnets you can use to attach them to metal shelves didn't line up where the wires were on mine, but I used the included zip ties. If the magnets were a bit longer, that would make these even better. I still consider these a great purchase.
