I almost feel embarrassed to write this review. I know it sounded too good to be true but I took a chance on this product.First negative: It took a month and a half to arrive.Second biggest negative: The product DOESN’T WORK AT ALL and was designed for shorter folks in mind. I’m 6 foot 2 and I didn’t realize this would cause me back pain. The steam function doesn’t work at all. Only thing that happens when I click it are the fans come on.Could it be used to dry your clothes? Yes, probably. But that’s not what I bought it for. I intended for it to steam my clothes automatically.Besides the instructions and everything being in Chinese, once I was able to translate them and get it set up, I was left with a cheaply looking and made product that simply did not work and occupied precious space. Oh also, the cord that it came with was very short (see picture).Overall, I’m very disappointed. I’ve since returned this product and got a Conair steamer that meets my needs for a fraction of the price.

It just leaks, I've opened it a couple of times in hopes to resolve it but nothing yet. I'll either buy hose clamps and a new hose or request a refund. Unfortunately the price does not match the product, id probably pay $50 max for what you get.

It took over a month to receive the product. The instructions are only in Chinese, which made setup challenging. Additionally, the power cable is not compatible with North American standards, which requires me to look for an adapter separately to be able to use it.

This product requires a three prong 220 volt separate receptacle. Most homes are not equipped with this receptacle.All instructions are in Chinese. unlessyou read Chinese, your on your own.
