My first time trying these Udon noodles and I couldn't be happier about the purchase. They're perfect - simple to prepare, perfect chewy texture, and more flavorful than I expected. Pre-cooked, you simply drop the noodles into your soup, let them "cook" for about 90 seconds, and you have a truly authentic noodle soup.I was curious re how long they'd last on my shelf, but they were such a wonderful, tasty surprise that I went through the entire nine-pack in less than two weeks. I will absolutely put these Unha's Japanese Sanuki Fresh Udon Noodles on a subscription.

Cooks quickly, evenly and takes no effort to get it properly chewy and delicious. Big fan! A little pricey, but worth it if you want a good udon at home that isn’t soggy or too soft…..

After moving back from the PNW to a small, small, small town in the Midwest, it was nice to be able to order these. They are fresh and tasty. It is great to be able to cook with this type of noodles again.
