These were great on my wedding day to stop my feet sliding forward.

This pack of 3 pairs of gel inserts for the whole foot is just as good as the most famous brand of insoles for high heels. They are self-adhesive and simply split into your shoes. They're very squishy and provide comfy cushioning to the ball and heel of your foot when wearing heels. They're invisible, so if you're wearing open-toed shoes they won't really show. They give good comfort as well as providing extra grip to help keep your high heels on when you walk.

These are clear gel insoles with a self adhesive back. They are about 3mm thick but taper at the edges.If you have shoes that are a bit to hard for your feet or heels where your feet slide forward and perhaps crimp your toes then these may be helpful.These do cushion your soles and also because the gel is quite soft and grippy this means your feet are less likes to slide down your shoe so these may add comfort whilst also reducing or prevent slippage and so easing the pressue on your toes.I have used them is some 2" and also some 4" heels and they do seem to help. The self adhesive is very good and they stick well.
