Don’t let the size throw you off, small but mighty!. With the right bulb it can light up a whole room. The simplistic look goes great with any decor. Great addition for your bedside table, slightly fragile. Sturdy enough to do fine as long as it’s not on the edge and on a stable surface. Has a button/switch for easy on and off function. Very cute lamp. It is very short; not recommended for bedside as we found that the light coming from the top of the shade, which was lower than our head, shone in our eyes. But it makes a nice accent lamp in the dark corner of a room. Like the clean, modern style.

This is a cute little mid-century modern lamp on my side table next to my chair. I use a 25 watts Philips dimmable Vintage LED Amber light bulb. This lamp and the light bulb goes well with it. liked it a lot. I got it on sale ( with a coupon )

I did carefully read the reviews and noted the dimensions, but when I set it up, the lamp was just a little smaller than what I wanted and very lightweight. We had originally planned to use it as a side table reading lamp, but we moved it to a spare bedroom due to the size. It's very cute and the shade is nice quality and comes fully formed. I would not recommend this for a living room space because it's just not heavy or substantial enough, but it's very cute as an accent lamp in the right spot. I
