Omg! I can make all the birria I want now without all the hassle! The bombs are completely intact. The flavor is exactly how birria should taste; maybe even a little better. Not salty at all. I used the pressure cooker method. I did not need to cook it the full two hours before the meat was fork tender.For the price I totally recommend this product. If you value saving the amount of time birria typically takes to make without sacrificing flavor this is definitely the product for you! I use chunk roast and added the beef broth like the instruction said and one bomb and it came out perfect!I will definitely purchase this again!Happy Cinco de Mayo!

I thought this tasted good and you can really smell the chilis, and the spiciness is a nice mildness. I like the fact it wasn't salty.

I have never had birria, but I made this for some friends at work who have and they said it was fabulous!!! Flavor was authentic, and it smelled great cooking it. I would definitely purchase this again.

Flavor was great, but the package was flattened by the time we got it so it was less a bomb and more a satchet of flavoring.

Love these ones. I've tried the tiktok famous birria bombs brand and it was ok but I was missing a little more heat. This brand is perfect for me. Just what I was looking for. I used a 2.5 lb top round roast, 2 spice bombs and 4 cups of water. Slow cooked for 8 hours then shredded the meat and place on keep warm for another 2 hrs.

I usually don't write product reviews often, but after using this birria taco seasoning, I felt compelled to share my experience. This is, without a doubt, the worst seasoning I have ever used in my entire life. Not only did it lack flavor, but it was also flat, extremely spicy, and overwhelmed my taste buds in a negative way. The package claimed to contain three bombs, but I only received two, and one of them was partially crushed upon arrival. I even tried adding extra liquid to the meat to tone down the taste, but that didn't help at all. The instructions suggested using three to five cups of either broth or water, so I opted for broth, but nothing seemed to improve the flavor.I've had many birria tacos before, and I've never encountered a seasoning that tasted like this one. It was truly an insult to my taste buds. I will never use this product again. I don't know if the other birria bomb seasonings taste like this one, but if they do, I'll pass. I'll either make the sauce at home myself or continue dining out when I want good birria tacos. Please do not buy this product.

I've never tried this before, so I took a chance. Needless to say, I'll be taking the chance more often. The house smelled amazing. Not an over abundance of flavors, but just enough. It was gone before I knew what happened. Unfortunately (in my personal opinion) I put a bit to much water in it. Dually noted for next time.

Tasty! It's a simple base that you can add your seasonings and spice levels to the way you like it. I've made this from scratch before and it was a lot of prep work. This makes it so easy if you don't have the time or energy. It took 1hr 1/2 in an instant pot. Try it if you want something delicious, fast, and very close to homemade.
