Pretty great machine
Hot, hot water on demand!! Ice maker is quick. It beeps for the ice maker I think. Wish I could stop that. Even with the beep, it's a pretty quiet machine. Cold water very cold. Very nice unit so far. Moving jugs and connecting is a cinch

Ice maker water dispenser
Love it! It makes ice, it takes about 10 mins so I put the ice in a zip lock bag and place it in the freezer. It also has a button for fresh water. The hot water is HOT!!!!

Metallic taste
Hardly stores any ice. Sometimes ice just shoots out on the floor. Water and ice has a metallic taste. Have not been able to talk to anyone about problems.
