Yes, I cook in microwave for 7 minutes. I think it’s still just as good.

There is quite a bit of salt in this product, listed at 2400 milligrams per serving, with two servings in each packet. split between the noodles and the flavoring packets. So one packet contains about 5 grams of salt, about a sixth of an ounce, a little less than half a teaspoon. So this is definitely not aimed at people on a salt restricted diet.

Q: Are this noodle spicy?

It's spicy tasty but not overly spicy hot. Laksa in Singapore is a spicy noodle soup but for this instant noodles - it's highly authentic and just right in amount of spice.
