Exactly like what it says in the picture. I am very happy with this mattress I ordered for my son bed . Very comfortable soft and value for money . Thickness is just as it says . Good quality and the firmness is just very soft . Love it . Would really recommend this product.

Extra Firm
This is listed as medium-firm. There is no medium in this mattress. I would go as far as saying it's extra firm. Don't fall onto it because you will probably break something.Saying that however, I have had multiple back surgeries so a firm mattress suits me well, hence the reason I'm giving it 4 stars.If however you are looking for med-firm mattress, this is not the one for you.
