This is by far the best mouth tape for sleeping. I’ve tried loads of brands and these silk bamboo ones are without a doubt superior. They stick nicely throughout the night. They dont hurt my beard or lips. No smells etc and easy to apply.If you’re looking for the most effective mouth tape at a very reasonable price, go with these. Ignore any low rates reviews. Trust me….A++++ product, and the seller is really nice too and friendly. Plus a small business. Buy with confidence!(I’ve tried like a hundred snoring products!)

I loved the first tin I got. Within a couple of nights I got used to the tape and they really improved my quality of sleep. Really good quality and value for money. They were comfortable and easy to remove. However, I re-ordered in January so as not to run out and this set is not as comfortable. The tape is much too sticky and the adhesive feels different. I am now unsure whether to continue to use this bramd.

This is a great product - very competitive price and the best out of all tapes I have tried to reduce snoring and improve breathing ability. The adhesive isn't too strong but also ensures a comfortable stick throughout the night, something I was struggling to find with other products.

These have done wonders for my sleep, I wake up feeling more refreshed and without a dry mouth.They are soft and breathable and very comfortable when on.Then only reasons I have given 4 and not 5 stars is I find it quite hard to remove the backing. This may well be user error but I can’t figure out how to peel the backing off from the middle. The other reason is they do leave a sticky residue behind that can’t be quite hard to wash off even with soap. I do have quite sensitive skin and while it isn’t irritated by the adhesive, it is irritated by removing it.

It’s sticky enough, didn’t come off during the night. When removed it didn’t leave any residue or trace so I am looking forward to good results and improvement of my sleep. I have only used it for a day so I can’t really say but there was no skin irritation or side effects at the moment and it was easy to apply, just pull off the white paper thing and your good.

Hasn't cured my (nose) snoring, but has stopped the open-mouth snoring. It also prevents pillow stains from dribbling :) ... so that's a plus. I use a snore app every night, and have noticed that the snoring is less than usual.I find it a bit painful removing it in the morning; I do as suggested elsewhere and put vaseline on my lips to prevent the plaster sticking to my lips.

It's has quite a strong chemical smell which doesn't really go away and not a pleasant smell to have so close to your nose.
