They seem ok
They seem good , I only take one a day as the recommended daily dose is approximately 200 ug daily, well that's what I've read online 🤔 . I'm not sure if 600ug is a bit too much to take a day .

Half portion per pill
They're only 300mg and large which is a problem when you're taking multiple things each day, I kinda see it as false advertising to bury the 2-pill-per-portion fact on the back

Great K2-Only Supplement – Pairs Well with D3 - But Consult Your Doctor if on medication
It’s great to find a K2-only supplement, which I have tried alongside my Vitamin D3 supplements that don’t have K2 combined. I also have D3 supplements with K2 included, but I use this product when taking D3 without K2 already included. So far, it’s working well for me.I don’t take the full 600 mcg daily, preferring an every-other-day schedule to keep the dose in line with my D3 supplements that include K2 at a lower daily limit. This works for me, but everyone is different, and it’s important to figure out what suits your needs. As with any supplement, you should consult your medical practitioner before taking high-dose products, especially if you’re already on medication. For example, K2 may interfere with anticoagulant medications like warfarin or exacerbate issues in people with hypercalcemia. This is based on my own research, and I strongly encourage others to do their own and seek professional advice.Overall, this is a convenient and affordable way to manage my Vitamin K2 intake. It pairs well with my other supplements, and the letterbox-friendly packaging is a nice bonus. Value seems good.
