Sturdy
I got this for my husband, this is his review. The first thing I think of with this tool is the word "sturdy". This thing is solid and it feels like it's up to the job. While this multi-tool can't replace anything in your tool box, it does make you feel more prepared if something if something is needed when you're out and about (I like hanging it off my belt loop myself). I actually feel a lot better having it on me when I'm out of the house because of features like the glass breaker (in case you need to get somebody out of their car). But more mundane maintenance tasks, inside and outside the house, are a lot more convenient to fix with this on your belt. I mostly use it for opening packages and tightening screws but I like that I feel ready for anything.5 out of 5.

Cool looking , ends about there
Cool. But that's about it.Definitely a marketing ploy as "multifunctional ", as a serious tradesman, I see absolutely zero function except for a cool keyring. It's "tools" are gimmicky at best.Definitely not worth the $70 price tag.Returned because it Definitely wasn't worth it for a keyring.

Very well made and perfect to stick on your MOLLE gear.
This carabiner multi-tool comes in some attractive, branded box packaging and would make for a presentable gift. When I took it out of the packaging, two things had instantly struck me: how light the whole thing was (thanks to the Titanium build) and how well everything was machined. Seriously, the fit and finish on this thing are superb and the carabiner looks and feels on a whole other level when compared to a cheap steel one that I owned. Good stuff! The carabiner is relatively light weight, works well and does seem like it could take a lot of weight. All of the “multi-tool” functionality are just nice extras. You definitely don’t want to rely on any of these implements as your primary tools. They are designed for emergency use, when your primary tools might not be available. So yeah, none of these tools are particularly great or useful but they will do in a pinch and are a whole lot better than nothing!Overall, I quite like this carabiner and it’s currently sitting attached to some of my MOLLE gear. The nicely machined Titanium build sure does bring the price up though!

Cool looking but maybe not that useful...
This multi tool tool is nice and heavy and feels like it is made of good solid material. I just feel like the tools are too small to be of much use. It doesn't really have a clear way of showing/explaining what all the gadgets are so it makes it kind of awkward for gifting. You can definitely use the things, if you happen to have a very small task, or need to measure something that is less than three inches. For the price, I was just expecting something a lot more useful.

Made in China. Designed in Denmark
So I like this carabiner quite a bit. It's really light. You hardly feel it in your pocket. I put my keys on it and have been carrying it everyday. My 1st thought was that it would be to heavy to be a good key chain. Especially for Vehicle ignition switches. (You know your cars ignition switch isn't meant to hold more than a 1-2 pound at most. Heavy key rings are a primary cause for those to go out...But I digress. This carabiner is so light I can have a few keys on it and don't feel it's to heavy. It glows in the dark so it's easy to find at night. The blade is sharp. It feels solid and well made. If I put it in my hand and squeeze as hard as I can nothing feels like it's moving around. The bit holder is nice! It holds a wide variety of bits.I will say that if you have big hands using the glass breaker might hurt your finger. The bit holder is on the glass breaker so when you make a fist it digs into either your pointer or pinky finger (depending on how you hold it.) Not a big issue because honestly if I'm in a situation I need a glass breaker well... my finger hurting is the least of my problems.

High Quality - Functional
I needed a high-quality multitool, and the added carabiner functionality really appealed to me. I picked this bad boy up and I have no regrets!Quality: Super high quality. This thing will take some abuse. The carabiner part will hold what you need it to hold.Function: It doesn't have the most tools I've ever seen on a multitool, but it does have the essentials. Add the locking carabiner and you have a real winner. The locking part was really important.?: GID plate? Not sure what that is. I assume its for some sort of ID.

Disappointing
The Good: Absolutely beautiful build quality and materials. This item is not lacking in quality in any way. It is heavier than you might expect, though. The Not So Good: The item just isn't that useful. The glass breaker is very inconveniently located - being an emergency use item, it ought to be trivially easy to use. The item is very costly (at $70) for its functionality. The knife is too small to be useful for anything more than opening boxes. The "deep pocket clip" is missing entirely. There are several "options" mentioned - the exchangeable gates/locks, the seatbelt cutter, the different colored glow-in-dark panels - none of which are available to select at purchase, none of which are apparently available for purchase after the sale, and none of which were included in the box (which I felt was implied). The different colored parts (gates, GID panels) are purely cosmetic - but the seatbelt cutter - replacing the nigh-useless knife blade with a strap/belt cutter would make this a profoundly more useful tool - lacking it makes this not remotely worth the $70.Oh, and the product listing mentions it a couple of times, but I'll say it, too - despite the quality build, this item is NOT rated for climbing, period. At the end of the day, this item does not deliver on the functionality promised, and even the promised functionality is sort of thin on the ground, given the cost - but I will be watching this manufacturer for more useful items, as the quality is excellent.
