Did not work for me, but company reached out & will provide updates...
June 2025: I was sent a replacement product and then I got super sick (pneumonia) for a few weeks. The company reached out a couple of times to address any questions or comcerns, but I wasnt able to set it up until recently. My first one was obviously defected because this works like a charm! It takes my responsibility out of feeding the cat. He is learning that the wet feeder has the control, so no more early morning meows due to his "starving." Also, since it occurs at the same time every day, he can plan when to expect it. Win - Win. Thank you, Petlibro!May 2025: The company has personally reached out to me to try to understand my issues and make it right. They are working on making the app better and also are sending me a replacement product to see if the cooling issue was a defective product. I will continue to update.March 2025: Horrible for multiple days. My cat knew better than to touch the spoiled food. Look at these picts of chicken. GROSS!The app sucks for multiple days as well.

Does not keep food fresh unless your room temperature is at 53 degrees or below.
I love the app, the looks and the concept but it is lacking in the most important way. It doesn't keep food fresh unless your room temperature is kept at 53 degrees. It only cools the food 13 degrees below ambient room temperature. Food should be kept at 40 degrees or lower to keep bacteria from multiplying after only 2 hours. My cat started getting a bad stomach and I checked the temperature with a laser digital thermometer. We keep the room at 68 degrees and the food and "cooled" area was at 55 degrees. According to the FDA, bacteria grow most rapidly in the range of temperatures between 40 ° and 140 °F, doubling in number in as little as 20 minutes. This range of temperatures is often called the "Danger Zone." I would return this if I could but it is past the return date. I hope Pet Libro figures this issue out because it is a very good idea and the app works great.

Another advantage of the digital world
I thought what the heck. We camp and travel doing many 2 nights to four night trips and take one cat but leave one home as they will kill each other if we keep them together. The one is fine with us going as long as we talk to her on the Blink security system and check in. She likes her wet food and so I thought I'd give it a try. I particularly like how it keeps the food cool. The electronic interface is intuitive and easy to use and does what it is supposed to. The only thing I might suggest is a recordable message instead of the chime to let them know its open. I have a dry food dispenser that I can do a message on that goes off when the food drops. Just a quibble. Not a big deal. They are cats...So, the programming. I've got it down now. I was doing one long open for eating four hour thing once a day approach at first but you can repeat up to a three day cycle. The food is kept chilled until it opens and so different from others that don't cost a fortune, the cat gets fresh food. I thought the pan for the helpings was stainless but it's plastic, but that also is not a big deal and I can see why that may have changed. As far as programming goes. I now program it so it opens multiple times a day for short periods like an hour. You can repeat the cycle so when one up to three day programmed cycle is over it will start again the next day. Or you can do a full three time open cycle in one day then repeat it. For a three day trip this keeps the wet food fresher and it keeps a bit more interaction going.I give this a big thumbs up. So does Oklahoma...

Works as advertised but with some caveats
Works fine. I had no issue setting up the unit and connected to the app via wifi. However the unit doesn't keep the food very cold. Maybe the plastic food tray is the culprit? I keep my home at 73F all the time. I would suggest to put the wet food in the fridge to keep it cold before you put into the unit. The unit also is quite tall, so I placed three piece of woods on the ground so my cat can reach into the bowl easier. It would help if the dish is shallower. In short, the product works fine but you need to make some adjustments. I only use it when I am away for a day or 2.

Great hardware, useless app (don’t buy)
The hardware is pretty good. It cools the food nicely, is sturdy and easy to use and clean, and keeps the food nice and cold. The app though is infuriatingly bad and I’ll be returning the product as a result. All I want is the ability to have the tray over every N number of hours and stay open until it’s time to switch trays.Instead the app scheduler revolves around specific dates, rather than recurring hours of the day. It’s also very challenging to open the tray whenever you want. If you want to open the tray before it’s time, then it indefinitely messes up with the schedule, rather than just opening it.It’s a series of extremely poorly thought out decisions for a very simple problem - quite incredible how they could mess up something so basic for a problem that is so common and already solved for in so many devices these days.
