Easy use

Like windows crashes multiple times a day for no apparent reason
Completely useless waste of money. Nothing but trash. It says it does automatic take off and landing but when you try and automatic take off it takes off up and into your neighbor's yard. The remote does not come with batteries supplied so you have to supply three triple a batteries to use the remote which by the way does not have a monitor You have to use your phone. Which by the way their app ask for privileges that aren't really necessary for functionality of the device, seems more like a data skimmer. Controls are sluggish no matter if you use the remote or the phone drone won't stay airborne for more than a minute without crashing. I was luckily smart enough to install the propeller guards as soon as I unboxed it so I saved most of the propellers I only lost one I still don't know how but I will definitely be returning this worthless pile of crud.

Cheap is cheap
The remote broke right away. As soon as I put my phone in the holder it broke. Phone fell and the dam screen on my phone got cracked. Then once I fixed that the right thumb controller broke. Tired of dealing with it and can't send it back to get my money back due to leaving town for work so now I'm stuck with it.

Couldn’t get the app to work
This is very small. It’s not like a toy than anything professional. We thought it would be fun to see wildlife in the wooded area behind us. But I can’t get the app to work. So it’s not useable at this point.
