Worth it
Really good shears, as a dog groomer I bought these bc I needed thinning shears asap. Arrived a day early. Fresh out the box they fit nicely but they need to be oiled before using!! They have a nice design, they were sharp and they work really well! I did an outline trim on my Pomeranian and they worked nicely.

No more grinchy feet!
I am loving these shears! Retired groomer, had to step away from work due to sudden illness and it’s following permanent disability. Since this dog flu has been going around, I’ve had to practice my skills to keep my service dog in training from looking disheveled. The curve: a little too steep for my personal preference but fine for working with feet and legs. I don’t know if I’d love them for detailing more intricate work, but I suppose the angle could be good for doing a nice round face. The cut: crisp, clean lines with these shears. Minimal snagging but definitely not the sharpest pair I’ve ever owned, for the price it was way better than I expected. You’re not getting a $200 pair of shears here but I would hope you knew that. The shears stayed sharp through all 4 feet and for trimming a few stray feathers, which is better than I can say for other human shears I’ve tried.Adjustability: These came out of the box VERY tight which I like, but it’s definitely not the smooth feel you’ll get with more expensive ones. I didn’t expect them to cut like butter, but I was a little disappointed on the friction at first. There is a screw to adjust the tightness, but I haven’t needed to use it yet. I quickly got used to the force needed to open and close, but you may want to adjust to personal preference if you have arthritis or weakness in your hands because they do take considerable force to open and close by default. The safety features: rounded tip for these is a great feature for working in precise movements around ticklish areas. I think they’re a great first pair for an amateur looking to practice or just keep their dog maintained between grooms. I don’t think these would be great for labor intensive hand scissoring, they feel like they would lose sharpness quickly. But I will update after more use to confirm or deny that.Overall I am very pleased with the quality of these shears. And for the price if I need to replace them once or twice a year, that’s still more feasible for me than getting another set of my Fusion scissors right now. Get these now, it’s really not too bad for price and I think it will be worth it.Coat type I used these on was a golden retriever with a winter coat growing in.

Great for my 2 Pomeranians!
I have 2 small Pomeranians and sometimes trim and/or cut their hair myself. I was using regular grooming scissors which worked fine, but took me longer to do or they didn’t end up with a good looking hair cut because of the score cutting straight across and I would have to spend time trying to round it out. These scissors are super sharp and cut easily! The length works well for my Poms in just doing one snip to cut a whole area, where as with regular scissors I may have to do 5-10 snips for the same area. The fact that the are curved allows me to cut their hair much more efficiently and they look much better than the jagged blunt cuts I was having to do before! Great for around their face, ears, chest, sides, tushies and tails! This also came with a kettle metal thing I believe is for sharpening the blades and a cloth for cleaning, which is nice!!

Very sharp a game changer for grooming!
I started grooming my standard poodles when one of them seemed too old to spend the whole day at the groomer. These curved scissors are a game changer in getting the look you want. It is so much easier to do their ears, topknot, feet and tail. These scissors are really, really good quality. They are nicely packaged and have a case for storage. They are very, very sharp. I love these scissors. They are the best and a great value for the money

Perfect for snipping mats
I use these curved, ball-tipped scissor to cut small to medium mats from my dog’s fur. They are very sharp, but the balls in the end prevent any damage. They fit my hand well and do the job. If you have a long-haired pooch, you probably deal with some matting. These scissors cut down on the number of grooming sessions I need to my two spaniels and save money. Definitely recommend. I just bought a second pair.

Must have for poodle owners
Absolutely worth the price. It improved my performance when cutting my poodle’s top knot ten fold. They are so much easier to use than the pairs that are half the price. 10/10 would buy again. Only caution is that they are super sharp and I have accidentally cut my dog :/

Excellent and very sharp
Super sharp, so be extremely careful. Been using a while, and maintains sharpness. I'm not a professional groomer, but find it's an excellent product. Has helped me finish fast grooming my dog and maintain her fluffyness. As said is sharp, and I have had scary cut my finger. Also, the scissors fell and it bent. I found the way to readjust it to its form. A little soft metal I think. But I do highly recommend to buy this shears.
