Sirio CX455 455-470MHz UHF GMRS Base Antenna

Just got this antenna in and installed it. The SWR is perfect for GMRS. 1.19 not bad so far have got good reports on talking on it and have received compliments on how well I sound. I think this is a winner. You should try it.🤓 Very well built 😁 just wanted to say got to use this thing a little more and I’ve had it now for a month and I like it more every day. It’s been my go to antenna for a lot of things. I’m going to buy one of the three element yagi or a six depending on what I can afford and I will review it once I get it purchased. retired income. You know how that goes lol. But I do recommend this brand because it is really truly built. Great GMRS ANTENNA 🤓 get one.

Disclaimer: I do not own this antenna. The ONLY reason I am writing anything at all is that I'm delighted to see a genuine sleeve dipole antenna for sale. Properly tuned a sleeve dipole with knock the socks off anything else for it's size. The radiation pattern is directly at the horizon and the efficiency can approach 100% if quality materials are used. If you want a short antenna with low angle of radiation and wide bandwidth then a sleeve dipole is far and away the best.I sure hope this particular antenna works well for you.
