These Lion's Mane Supplements have been great for me. Bought these after hearing all the hype about lions mane and ashwaganda so thought i would give it a try. First of all they are in a soft gummy cube shape, so no need to worry about taking a tablet the size of a horse pill. Secondly they taste great - fruity but not too sweet as no sugar albeit some sweetener. Thirdly i think they do actually work which is even better. Am taking them at night and actually waking up feeling like i have had a good sleep and fully focused.

Thought I'd give these a try as I'm learning to drive, but was having issues with my nerves and focusing due to adhd and ptsd.
