These Lion's Mane Supplements have been great for me. Thought I'd give these a try as I'm learning to drive, but was having issues with my nerves and focusing due to adhd and ptsd. Bought these after hearing all the hype about lions mane and ashwaganda so thought i would give it a try. First of all they are in a soft gummy cube shape, so no need to worry about taking a tablet the size of a horse pill. Secondly they taste great - fruity but not too sweet as no sugar albeit some sweetener. Thirdly i think they do actually work which is even better. Am taking them at night and actually waking up feeling like i have had a good sleep and fully focused.

I purchased the gummies 2 weeks ago, and wanted to give a bit of time to notice the difference. Well, there is a difference for sure. It's been only 2 weeks since I take gummies per day, but it definitely helps to maintain focus if you are working in an office and dealing with customers all day.
