My 4yo son got this for Christmas and really enjoys it. At this age he needs help charging and playing with the you but it is fun to watch him watch the dinosaur hover in the air. You just need to hold your hand slightly below the toy and it watches out for the ceiling above it. It is doing well despite crashing twice. Don’t play with this new any breakable statues or glass just in case. We enjoyed playing with it in my mil’s garage.

Fun toy…my 5 year old played all day with this thing. Reasonable amount of play time per charge.

Great functionality! My son loves this fun toy! Great value for the price. It's smaller in size so it can be flown indoors. It's easy for little kids to use. All the kids have really enjoyed this toy!

I had no idea how to get these things to work. It came with no instructions and wouldn’t do anything. I immediately returned.

Not quite as easy as described. We bought 2 of them. One seemed to have a little more power than the other. The more powerful one went flying off straight to the ceiling. You can feel the power when you start it up in your hand. We had no control with this one. The other seemed to work as expected but even then we would occasionally loose control & it would fly off. Neither one had the "induction sensor". It would would hit the ceiling & flew around up there skimming along ceiling. When it decided to take off on its own & crash into the wall it would turn off & fall to the floor. To its credit it does seem to be strong enough to crash into things & turn right back on. It says it can fly up to 16'. And it can but that leaves the question how do you control it when it takes off 16' high? It does recharge quickly (20 minutes max) but runs out of power in 3-5 minutes as the box says. The listed description says up to 35 minutes. It does NOT last that long. We have not given it to the kids yet (It's a Christmas present) but we wanted to test it & also make sure it was charged & ready to use. I was ready to return it but surprisingly my wife said it was still fun watching me chase after it & for the price we should keep it and give it to the kids.We suggest using it in the house or in an open field. The spinning blades have a little ouch factor. I could take it but young ones may be caught off guard if it hits their hands, fingers or some other body parts. So depending on your kid you can expect a few tears. I suggest parent supervision until you feel comfortable that your child is comfortable with it. We plan to give it to two 8 year old boys. They love dinosaurs. Also note (I didn't): The were 8 5 star reviews. All reviews were done on the same date & it does not say it was a verified purchase. Just an FYI. And remember we decided to keep them anyway. I hope you find this review helpful (sorry but a little long).

Doing gift roulette with my children and this will be one of the prizes! It's super cute I can't wait to see them fly it! It looks like it will hold up as long as your willing to learn to help them fix it when it malfunctions.

My 4 yr old grandson likes it, but I think I like it more.
