Q: Can this really be used on a damp or wet beard?

It COULD be used on a damp beard, and it will do the work just fine. BUT, if you google a little bit you will find that it is not recommended to apply heat on wet/damp hair. Applying heat to wet hair leads to breakage, frizz, and a change in hair texture. I suggest to dry your beard as much as possible with a towel, and feel free to use beard oil. Then use the straightener. This way is healthier for your beard!

Hello Eric, this product is produced by a company in China in "Basic" default (very bad) form. I approached them and had them make a version exclusive to me, where I had them do changes like improving battery, adding type C charge port, improving the brush tips, put my brand and my packaging design. You will not find this version, sleek design, and packaging anywhere in the world except with SingleWave :). I hope that answers your question!

Q: Can it be used with beard conditioner/oil?

OH most definitely it does! In fact, it works even BETTER when your beard is already oiled/conditioned! It even says that on the manual when you open the box. for best results you can use a beard oil on your beard prior to straightening.

Q: Can you use this while it's charging?

No, the product was made so that you can't power it ON when it is charging for safety reasons. By the way, I have been using it for 6 months now and it is absolutely amazing! But expect 2-4 uses before you have to charge again. That is still much better than any other cordless straightener I used.
