Does the job but some issues.
Nice looking fitting. Decent cost. I had two fittings to replace. First one went fair, but I had to remove hose to re-torque the fitting to stop leakage. Second fitting I have replaced twice. First time it leaked at both the thread and the hose ports. When I attempted to remove the hose I could not press the plastic piece enough to pull out the hose. This seems to be a common problem with these fittings. After I removed, I decided to replace the hose as well - as the old one was pretty chewed up at the fitting end and not enough hose to cut and reuse. This time I very carefully added extra teflon tape to the threads on an unused fitting. I tightened it very firmly and inserted the new hose into the fitting. This time, no leakage at the hose however the threads still leaked a bit. I tightened as much as I dared but could not completely stop the leakage at the threads. I am not sure the thread is exactly correct is what I am surmising.Pros: Reasonable cost, decent hose to fitting set up.Cons: Leakage at threads tough or impossible to stop. Difficult or impossible to remove hose once inserted (this is not necessarily a bad thing IMHO). Soft material. Began to round off fitting when really torquing it down to try to the leakage. I believe the thread is not cut perfectly to NPT specs.

Worked perfectly and these have the standard hose size...
Used these on an older china tire changer where the manufacturer used some wacky sized hose that could not be found either locally or on Amazon. These worked great along with the other end also purchased here on Amazon.

Getting the correct size
These fittings work very well and are of good quality. When I measured the diameter of the one I was replacing it was 3/8, so I ordered a 3/8 fitting. When it arrived it was about twice as big as the old one, so I did what I should have done in the first place and found a chart that shows the fitting size vs the diameter of the fitting and found that a fitting with a diameter of 3/8 is actually a 1/8.
