This is a great supplement option for anyone looking for one. The taste is actually not too bad (which I was surprised about). I would highly recommend this product!

Wow!..I never felt so relaxed from a supplement and i have tried other magnesium pills, powdered, gummies. This is also significantly cheaper than competitors such as calm and has other vitamins added.

I love this combo of magnesium. It's hard for me to drink BECAUSE ITS TOO SWEET.I WISH THEY MADE A version with no added sweetener, I can add my own.If you like stevia over sweetness you will be fine!

I have tried a ton of magnesium supplements. I usually order the Calm or Simply Natural. I figured I would try something new. This one was a blend so it seemed like a good concept. I did not notice it at all and also it has GABA so that would add to calming effect instead of Magnesium which I did not realize

The flavor is not to too much. It’s subtle if I need to drink in water alone. I add to bedtime tea, dissolves fast, other brands fizz a ton and some overflow, this hasn’t yet. I like that it does not have melatonin in it and offers different forms of magnesium. I do wish it was a tad higher amounts of magnesium but I would purchase again. I use this as part of my sleep hygiene routine and I rest well after reading a bit before bed.

The packaging is sleek, and the powder is easy to to mix and swallow. After taking this magnesium complex for about two weeks, I noticed a significant reduction in muscle cramps at night, and my sleep quality improved dramatically. Unlike other magnesium supplements I’ve tried, this one didn’t cause any digestive upset.
