Easy to set up and use. The mixer works very well halping me make a delicious cake. The base is strong and sturdy with handy suction on the bottom. top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again

This arrived new but dirty marks over it and small scratches on the base. Sent back as it also never mixed the ingredients properly.

I've been using this stand mixer for a few weeks now and it's pretty good. Lately, we've been making a lot more cakes (especially since our son is really started to become passionate about baking) so we needed something that could handle the job. We needed to make a lot of cakes!When it first arrived it doesn't give the best impression; it's lightweight and the plastic looks a bit cheap and glossy. The whole thing feels a bit... "loose"? And since it's very glossy, it tends to exaggerate any scuffs or marks, even fingerprints.However, after plugging it in and using it... this mixer has definitely come in handy and was able to pull off everything I needed without issues... once I got used to it and what utensils work best. Typically, I used to use whisks for cake mix but in this instance it did not work well at all; the flat beater is what you need instead and it produces an extremely fluffy and delicate mix. It did an amazing job.Setup was mostly straight forward, but there's some little awkward moments like figuring out the splash guard and how it all fits together. It doesn't securely snap onto the bowl if that's what you were expecting; it mostly just rests ontop of it while being supported by the stand mixer itself. However, it works perfectly.It's also a great size with a nice, spacious 7L steel bowl that's been perfect for mixing up large amounts of cake mix or even meringue. The mixer itself is fairly lightweight and compact (well, as compact as you can make a large stand mixer...), so I can at least move it around the kitchen and into storage when not in use. Despite being a little on the lighter side, it does stays in place very well when mixing things.As expected, it will get a bit loud but it isn't to bad. I also never noticed it getting too hot either and I was using it for a decent amount of time as well.In the end, after a little bit of setup and getting used to it... it's been great. It works very well and has done exactly what I needed.

The 7L stainless steel mixing bowl is spacious enough for a big batch of batter or mixture, and honestly, there’s nothing to dislike about this mixer! It’s user-friendly, and the speed settings ensure a smooth and even mix every time, from the bowl right to the baking pan.

The media could not be loaded. It works pretty well, and the large bowl holds steady inside. However, the packaging is really poor, and some parts arrive already broken, like the top of the bowl. The hooks don’t reach the bottom, so after mixing, I need to reopen it, take out the mix myself to unstuck anything left at the bottom, and put it back for mixing. This could be frustrating for some people. The speed and power are strong, but at maximum speed, the mixer shakes, which is a bit scary to leave unattended. For basic home cooking, it meets the requirements.
