Incredibly small and cool running, customer service is also great.
I looked at several different Mini-PC NAS solutions before deciding on the PeeliCeeli i3 N355 variant. Thermals were an important factor, as many other solutions had poor heat dissipation which was a worry.Shipping took roughly 3 weeks to arrive.The unit is all metal, solidly built and fantastically keeps things cool, as the USB fan attachment for the top half where the nvme drives reside, does it's job. Wake-up on LAN is also supported. You'll barely hear this unit even under full load, so it's perfect if you want to place it near your main workspace. Thermal pads for the nvme drives are also supplied. Be warned however that using nvme drives with existing heatsinks will be a problem due to the space constraints between the backplane and the lid which doubles as a heatsink.I Installed a Crucial DDR5 RAM 48GB 5600MHz SODIMM (part code CT48G56C46S5), and currently I have 4 x WD SN850x NVME populated, 1 x 1tb, 1 x 2tb and 2 x 4tb. Write speeds across the 2.5gb network cards fully saturate the available bandwidth. Installing Windows 11 Pro req some extra drivers which I was able to obtain from their support page.First and foremost, the after sales communication from PeeliCeeli has been fantastic, with questions being answered quickly. All credit is due, as buying from a Chinese brand with shipments from their mainland warehouse, you are often ignored once payment is made. I've had this many times from other brands.The bad, the instructions are sparse as there are various options on how you could set it up. You are pointed to a rather convoluted support site. However if you are buying one these devices then assume you're already technically competent, as this is not a simple plug and play NAS device like other solutions from Qnap or Synology.I have no idea on long term reliability, as have only had this running for a week.However so far everything has been stable and happy the thermals are great.
