Not sure about my six pack but it defo has helped form up my abdomen but you have to use it religiously! It's easy to apply and use settings. It's not to painful. It's very similar o a teams machine. I'm happy with the item so far but I am dieting and exerting also so can't for sure say it's the machine

I’ve been using it mainly on my abs, but I’ve also tried it on my arms and legs for a bit of a laugh. The results? Well, after about 20 minutes of use, I feel like I’ve just done a solid workout (minus the sweat). I appreciate the 19 intensity levels, though I do wish the higher ones weren’t quite so intense – it gets a bit zappy, but I suppose that’s the point! The pads are comfortable and last a decent amount of time, and the whole thing recharges quickly. Minor gripe: the automatic shut-off at 20 minutes feels a bit too soon for my liking, but hey, maybe that’s just me being impatient. Still, it’s a solid addition for those looking for a little extra help with toning. Definitely worth the money!
