Starting taking this product to improve free testosterone. My total T was fine but free testosterones was a little low which impacted a number of things. Researched that boron, tongkat ali, zinc, and vit d can all improve free testosterone. Took about two weeks to fully kick in but this has been a game changer. Many things have improved but overall sexual health is the biggest improvement. This is really nice as all the key products needed are in one tab. I've been taking one each morning and started noticing real improvement after two weeks.

This says non-GMO, GMP compliant, and packaged in the US. The address on the bottle is in Florida and the address on the website is in Canada.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their leftcoastperformance site is functional. I like to see a phone number on the website, or at least a chat feature; this has neither. It does have email and mailing addresses, and a Contact page form. It has a brief background of the company, which I like to see. I would like even better to see more transparency on sourcing and manufacturing; certificates of analysis from 3rd-party testers would be ideal.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I really like the ingredients they use (such as zinc picolinate rather than zinc oxide), except for the fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.This looks to me to be a decent product at a good price from a growing company.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

I don't know if it increased my levels or not, but I couldn't feel any difference.

I got it because I read it reportedly helps strengthen bones. But, it has done so much more. I’ve been surprised to realize that my cognitive function and memory improved since taking this. I move more easily, and can bend without experiencing the pain in my knees that I used to. I have also lost an inch around my waist. My BP has lowered, while my energy level increased. I can only attest to what I have seen and felt, but if you Google the ingredient's benefits, you will see everything else these ingredients are supposed to help with. The above listed benefits are what I know I experienced, but those results are enough to warrant taking this. I experienced no side effects or digestive distress. So, this seems like a solid, safe supplement to add to my health regimen.
