I needed a one ear headset for gaming because I like to have my other ear free if someone needs to get my attention. I bought this headset once during the pandemic for work purposes but it ended up turning into my gaming headphones because of how light and comfortable it is. The sound quality is awesome as well. I currently use a separate microphone but when I did use the headset microphone it was sufficient for work purposes with noise canceling.I was sad that I ended up ruining the wire to the first pair I bought and had tried several other headsets since that never came up to par. I ended up going back and purchasing this one again because I loved it so much and have since added an aux extender cord just incase I end up running over it with my chair I can just replace the cord and not the whole headset.

Love it! The noise cancelling works extremely well for both parties. Road & wind noise are gone. I can hear the other party very clearly and vice versa. They are comfortable too. The ear piece rotates 90 degress to make it thin enough to easily fit in a pocket, roller bag or briefcase.The cord ends in a 3.5mm jack so you'll need some sort of adapter in order to use it with an Apple device. The best I've found after going through several cheap adapters is from Belkin. Number one it works and stay working. Number two, It also lets you talk and charge your phone at the same time a vast improvement over most IPhones that can't be charged on a pad.A version that ended with a lightning connector would be much appreciated especially if it came with an compact adapter that let you talk and charge at the sameI often bring it into the house or office because I prefer using it to the clutsy headset on my office phone.But caution is advised if you leave the car when talking on it. When the call is over I suggest you put it right back in the car, briefcase, roller bag or whatever you are sure to bring to the car when you next use it. Sounds way better than my ancient Sennheiser PC26 that's been held together with duct tape for at least a year (it owes me nothing). But the USB-C adapter was missing, the box looked like it had been opened. This is fundamentally a 3.5mm headset that ships with an adapter/control panel thing. That thing has ... well the connections are delicate, so it took me a while of fiddling to get any sound in or out of the headset itself. Once I got a connection made, and the controller thing (which I never use) stashed in a safe out of the way spot, it's fine. I have ordered a 3.5mmm to USB-C thing from another manufacturer, hopefully that will be less delicate. Good price, so overall I am happy.

The set was a quality set when it worked, unfortunately it had limited interoperability with my smart Android smart phone. It would only take certain calls, and I could not adjust the volume.I tried to call Sennheiser for customer support, but their support staff was rude and obstructive to the point of requiring me to take a video of myself plugging the 3.5mm jack into the phone because he did not believe I knew how to do that.I will never buy another Sennheiser product again, if that is the level of support they give. I expected far better from such a brand name. Very disappointed overall.

Connected to a mac over either the included USB dongle or the 3.5mm jack it's uncomfortably loud even when set to the minimum volume on the mac. Would not recommend.Aside from that it's physically comfortable.

Works great with my iPhone XR, allowing for multi-tasking duties away from the desk. I connected this baby to the UGREEN Headphones Adapter for Apple, (Apple MFi Certified iPhone Lightning to 3.5mm jack), then hooked it up to my iPhone and phone calls went as expected. Remember, this is a headset, not headphones so I'm not sure about the validity of the noise-cancelling function for a single-ear headset. Still, audio quality of the calls in my right ear were excellent and I could also listen to my ABBA jams while working inside a large data center.

The set does what it needs to do and does it well. I bought it based on internet tech reviews to cancel out some unbearably noisy construction on my building (nay, on my terrace) so I could Zoom teach. Probably a two-ear one would be just as great, but I went with the review and am not disappointed.

Couldn't be better. I can use the USB attachment to the computer or unplug the earpiece from the USB connector and plug it into my cell phone. Great feature and worth the extra dollars.
