Great all natural sea salt with lots of healthy minerals. Great flavor. It's what salt was meant to be.

This is a good salt perfect to cook with, great to make lox, sauerkraut, ideal for brine (saltwater).It is high in moisture so forget putting it on a salt shaker also not very appealing in color has a shade of very light gray due to its natural state, I gave it 5 stars because it's the type of natural Sea Salt that I like to use, no bleaching for whiteness, no caking agents and no Iodine that is a necessary supplement but not recommended for fermentation.

Ever since we discovered celtic salt, we've loved it. We use it to marinate steaks and cook and it has a delicious rich flavor. I've also read it's healthier salt too.

This product does it's job. Makes your taste buds come alive when used on foods as well as to sprinkle a pinch in your water bottle.
