This stick vacuum is an amazing product. Works extremely well. Lots of suction. Maneuverability is excellent. I can really get it underneath furniture and in tight spaces. I’m amazed with the amount of dirt. It pulls out of rugs that look completely clean. Very easy to use on my hardwood floors as well.

We purchased this as a second vacuum for the main floor of our house. We no longer can carry vacuums up and down the stairs. Works great on hardwood floors and does very well on rugs. It burns through a lot of battery if you don't run it on the lower setting, but one larger battery does the entire first floor including to large areas of rug. Two great things about the vacuum are the size of the head and the low profile. It fits well in and around toilets and vacuums under furniture without moving the pieces. If there are a couple of inches below a piece of furniture you can slide it right under and it will take care of the space quickly. It's a little bit wobbly when left upright on its own if the larger battery is still attached. We keep it in a corner and it stays up right just fine. The canister is easy to take apart and clean after vacuuming. The batteries work with our blower, weed whacker and hand held vacuum. It's a good choice for our situation and I'd recommend it.

I needed a small cordless lightweight vac for my main floor that is Saltillo tile W/wide 3/4" grout lines. Even my large Shark has difficulty getting dirt out of the grout lines. But since I have several Ryobi 18v tools and 6 batteries, I decided to try this cordless vac. It works reasonably well, still have to make multiple passes over some grout lines but for pet hair and other household dirt, it works well. Suction is adequate not great. I did see the review where the hose to the head unit had cracked and was unrepairable. I checked my newer model 4/2025 and there are several Phillips head screws to disassemble the head. When the power button flashes red, recharge the battery. I did find it a bit "tippy" because the motor head and battery are at the top of the handle. If you use the large 18v batt it might be an issue, I use the smaller one on this vac and it's not as much of an issue, but you get shorter batt run-time, that's the trade-off. On carpet it worked well, but that's not why I bought it. The small head is highly maneuverable and gets into tiny spots most vacuum heads do not. The dirt cup is not large, and I empty it frequently. I also noticed - be sure to get the dirt cup snapped back in with a solid "click" at the release button - its important. The dirt cup washes out easily. Overall: not perfect but usable, especially for smaller homes with hardwood floors or just quick clean ups. Have a couple batts for it.

Zero stars if allowed. Biggest waste of money DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP! All plastic junk. No batteries included (those are not cheap BTW). You have to stick your hand up in the tank to get all the hair and dead skin out (that’s pleasant). Best part is, the spinning head stopped spinning (and therefore picks up nothing, just mops it around) after only three uses. Can’t return it as it conveniently broke after the return deadline. Save your money and use a broom. I wish I had…

Not very ergonomic. Brushes are pretty aggressive for some rugs.

Absolutely love having this cordless vacuum! The pickup and power are great!! Little pricey but for me is worth it! Having dogs so much better then using dustpan! Good to know use at least a 4. Battery makes the vacuum running time long enough to do my whole house!
