Absolutely incredible. I’ve tried multiple earbuds, and nothing comes close to these. Here’s why I didn’t keep the others I tested:Beats Fit Pro – Poor sound quality, uncomfortable, but at least they stayed in.Sony WF-1000XM5 – Fantastic sound, but uncomfortable and occasionally fell out. They stayed put if I shoved them in, but chewing gum or bending over made them slip.Soundcore AeroFit 2 – Interesting concept, but too unconventional. They barely stayed on my ears, and while the sound was decent, they just sat on the outside of my ear rather than feeling secure.These earbuds outshine them all in every way—comfort, fit, and performance. If you are looking for earbuds that sound great, and stay put while being active, look no further.

Great sound, arguably a MATCH for my Sony WH-1000XM5 over-ear cups.Better than over ear in so many ways - the NC is fantastic, and the sound profile sounds true, even with Spotify… Bass and good Highs too, the APP allows EQ tuning too.These do not squeeze my head like the banded-over-ears do over time. No sweaty ear-cups, no weird ear shape from being ‘viced’ (cartilage keeps growing, even after you die) ; No bald-rub where the band pulls hair out, No bacteria and other nasties in the petri-dish cups …Far easier to control with or without the App.Negatives, They are difficult to fit if your ear-hole is not perfectly round (like the duds that use foam-earplugs every day, I SEE BRAIN, No wait that ain't brain…)They are not “immersion water proof”, and they claim to be rated “Sweat proof”.They are easily knocked off the ear, shirts, hoodies, and hats make it easy for one, or both, pop pot and land on the ground.The batteries discharge at different rates, by about 35 minutes of play time. The batteries, before ONE of them shuts down for ‘low batt’, will last almost 3.5 hours continuous play, the “other headphone” will keep playing for up to 35 minutes, this is the longest out of 18 recharges I charted.A small “peeve” is the thickness/size/design of the Charger Case … MAKE IT EASY TO CARRY IN A PANT POCKET?? It is not, and it is not even pretty enough to show my friends…Considering the excellent pricing, with sound better than Sony’s, including Noise Canceling I would buy another pair if I do, finally, lose one of them. These are less than 1/2 $$$ of my Sony Over Ears.

This is the first in-ear audio equipment I've ever owned that I would describe as comfortable. Including "ss" sized pads was genius. Thanks, Sony!

I bought these because as of early 2025 The Wirecutter said they were going to be the new top pick. But I'm returning them after three days. The sound quality is fine, and they fit great. But the noise cancelling doesn't work well (still plenty of noise, there was a whistling sound from the left ear, and PA announcements cut through loudly). The auto-location feature for noise cancellation was very distracting, switching modes at the wrong time for no apparent reason. Tapping controls are not intuitive, and I had to use the app to switch modes. Even still, tapping to answer or hang up a call worked only about half the time. Plus, when I blow my nose while wearing them, they stop entirely (maybe it thought that was some sort of audible command to pause?). So these are not going to be my go-to headphones, especially when there are other great ones for less than a third of the price.

I was extremely disappointed with these earbuds. As a long-time user of the WF-C500 / WF-C510's I thought these would be a nice upgrade and solve the one problem I had with those earbuds, that they would slip out of my ears when I was doing strenuous activity and sweaty.However, these LinkBuds are a pure exercise in frustration.I often rely on touch controls on the earbuds, like play/pause,Fast-forward,Rewind, as I'm often away from my phone when I'm using my earbuds. The touch controls on these earbuds were abysmal. The WC-510's have a physical button that registers every time I press them. On these, it almost never could pick up my "tapping" since there is no physical button, and forget ever trying to Fast forward or rewind through multiple songs. It will never pick up repeated "triple" taps. It seems to have a very long delay until it can accept a new tap input. I was constantly frustrated with these as I could never pause to hear people or skip songs. I always had to rip the earbud out of my ear to talk to anyone. Yes, I did try adjusting the sensitivity in the app, and it did not help in my situation.I would also like to mention that the "winglets", at least in my case, didn't help retain the earbuds any better. No matter what, eventually you will get sweaty, and the earbud will slip out of your ears if doing strenuous activity, and the winglets don't prevent this from happening.. For me, anyway, the earbuds slip out of my ear canal when sweaty and leaning slightly left or right, and the winglet resting above the ear canal does nothing to hold the earbuds in place. Ring-style earbuds that wrap around your ear do work; this design does not.I will say the sound quality was very good and an improvement over the wf-c510, but for me, function matters way more, and these are essentially non-functional due to the impossible to use "haptic" touch controls.

The Adaptive noise canceling features are great give me the option to let the voice in and block out everything else
