high speed, high quality external USB Stick
The media could not be loaded. This product comes inside of a cardboard box; once opened, you'll see the product itself and some instructions; as of review, this product is priced at £59.99 - I think this is of value; the product is speedy, has the actual capacity and is made very, very well. The USB Stick has 512 gigabytes of storage, while your PC's storage capacity will be a bit lower (at about 476 gigabytes) - this is normal. I also checked that this capacity is genuine and doesn't corrupt, and this is also the case. The product has a 1-gigabyte read speed and 1-gigabyte write speed when transferring smaller files (like 1 or 2 gigabytes at once); sustained read and write speed goes to about 600 each; this is very, very quick even after 15 minutes, it still stayed at 600 each. The product got a little hot when transferring a 400-gigabyte file for testing, but this is normal because the product is doing a lot of overtime. The product has both a USB C side and a standard USB, meaning you can use this on many different products, like your Phone, PC or Laptop.I would 100% recommend this product

It Needs A Cover For The Exposed End
The media could not be loaded. Review Of: Fanxiang 512GB Dual Ended USB / USB-C Memory StickThe first thing I noticed about this stick is how heavy it is. It’s much heavier than a normal USB stick.Whilst it’s ideal to have a double ended USB stick that gives you the flexibility to use it in any PC/Laptop, the fact is that this is a portable item and because of its design, if you pop it in your pocket or bag, then the exposed end is going to get fluff and dust in it. It doesn’t come with a cover or a pouch so this may be something you’ll just need to keep in a drawer at home.In terms of data transfer it seems to work just fine. Plug it in and a little window pops up on your screen showing it’s available and ready to use. I’ve used it with Dell and HP laptops. The capacity is huge, so if you have hundreds of photos, this stick will easily store all of them.

Surprisingly high-quality drive at an excellent price
If you're considering your purchase of this not-very-well-known brand enough to read the reviews first, you're probably asking whether or not you can trust a newer company like Fanxiang with your data? I know those with more expertise will always stress that you should back up everything anyway, so 'reliability' isn't really an issue to concern yourself with, but if you're spending this much on storage it's reasonable to expect it to have a decent shelf-life. In truth I have only been using this for a few weeks now, so the biggest question - reliability - is one I can’t really answer yet. I’ve had three of this company’s external drives now, of different speeds, shapes and capacities, and I can observe a few things. One - they’re very slickly and professionally packaged (no plain brown box with a bit of generic printing on here). Two - they feel solidly made with a decent weight and no loose connections. Finally, in these few weeks of testing they have all performed exactly as I would have hoped. I haven’t run any kind of software analysis to measure the manufacturer’s claims, but in everyday use I haven’t had any problems at all. The lengthy warranty should offer some peace of mind if bought from Amazon, as I suspect they will not hesitate to replace it for you if you have a problem, but remember that your data wouldn’t be covered by any warranty, just the storage drive itself. So in conclusion, as long as Fanxiang continue to build products to this standard and comfortably undercut the pricing of the competition, I would have no problem recommending them.

Well made, impressive performance.
Arrived as described, as pictured, safe and sound. This flash drive works very well and is very well made. Build quality wise it’s made entirely from what I assume to be some sort of alloy which has a high quality anodised coating finish. Function wise is has both USB 3 type A and C connectivity.I mostly just use cheap plastic budget flash drives for moving files around various machines, I don’t bother with NAS or shared folders within Windows, I prefer going the long way around even though the various machines I use are in different rooms and even different floors. When I first used this drive I assumed I had copied over the wrong file, a 5GB video file taking basically a few seconds, something not right there I thought, not expecting this to be as fast as it was. I was basically seeing sustained write speeds of around 300Mb/s and that is with using an old generic USB 3 Hub shared with other devices, I suspect it would do a lot better if plugged directly into a motherboard port. I was very impressed with this.I does have drawbacks though, mainly its weight. While I have no issues using this in a port where the drive will stand vertical (pictured) I suspect this drive would put a lot of stress and strain on a USB port, either A or C if installed horizontal, it also sticks out quite far. I would be very careful when using this, the manufacturer should have included a short USB extension cable. Other than that I would highly recommend this.
