Inner Brightness Colostrum Supplement contains, per.serving, 2000 mg of Bovine Colostrum at 40% Immunoglobulins or 800mg with a Pro and Pre Biotic Blend consisting of 5 billiom CFU. I think, but am not sure, that the pro/prebiotic is naturally occurring in the colostrum as I do not see additional ingredients listed.This is a.light, powdery supplement. I find the taste to be light and pleasant. I always take it by mouth because it dissolves quickly, but it can also be added to drinks, smoothies, etc.According to the packaging this is made in the US with globally sourced ingredients in a GMP facility, and is lab tested for quality.

the taste and smell just not for me. it works just fine, but not for me

The jury is out on this. After 30 days, I'm not impressed. Trying for another 30 days to see if I feel some joint relief, and staying positive for now. No improvement in hair or nails, unfortunately.

This Inner Brightness Colostrum is packaged in individual serving size packets. It's a dry powder that it just a little hard to mix into liquids, so I use it mostly in either yogurt or smoothies. In those I don't really notice any added taste. With orange juice, the colostrum adds just a little bit of yogurt-like flavor.Just one ingredient in this supplement: Colostrum powder. I like that there aren't any additives or sweeteners. The package I received was dated nearly 2 years in the future, so no worries about expiration or freshness. Good stuff!

The is another example of manufacturers adding to many vitamins in a simple product like colostrum. This is a problem because if you are already taking vitamin D you might end up getting too much of this fat soluble vitamin and not even know it. Please stop making products with multiple ingredients unless you call it a multiple vitamin. Overdosing on fat soluble vitamins like D, K, and E can be very bad for your health. I like the colostrum though.

I put this item in my coffee one time and my throat closed up. It must’ve been an allergic reaction

These come in individual packets making them easy to take and travel with. I have mixed it in plain water and it mixed very easily. The quality of the ingredients is top notch with no extra fillers. I have a history of my stomach having issues digesting food and causing upset stomach sometimes unexpectedly. I have taken this to help prevent upset stomach as well as to help settle my stomach. It has helped to make me feel better and when I take consistently my stomach feels much less bloated. I haven't noticed a boost in energy but I do feel better overall. It is very effective in just feeling better with no upset stomach. The taste is very mild as it is unflavored. Not a bad taste and can be added into anything you choose.
