Not sure if this is an issue with the product itself but I have a magnetic phone case and when attached to the charger it definitely holds. But when you take it off, the magnetism is so good it actually pulled the disc away from the base of the charger. I’m still using it, though. I super glued it back on but it’s still not right. Now I twist my phone off instead of pulling and that seems to work a bit better than pulling it straight off. Love the design of it. Everything fits cozily on the base.UPDATE: the company contacted me to let me know that they have since updated the design of this product (even sent me pics to show the difference in the new internal design) where they changed from glue to screws on the area in question. They then sent me a new product and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. The updated version works much better, releases more easily but still holds strongly.

Compact size of this device makes it very handy to use in a limited space setting. The magnetic surface is strong enough to hold the phone and there’s no need to move the device to adjust the spot to charge.

Completely came apart after only a couple of uses. I only use this at work so while I was over the 30 day return period by a few days, I had only used it a handful of times.

A nice update to my previous wireless charger, which I could only use vertically. This has a strong magnet to hold my iPhone 16 Pro either vertically or horizontally. Deducting one star because the magnet is stronger than the glue that holds it in place. Like others, I had to add some superglue on day one, but a week later, it's still working well.

I never thought a night stand charger would be so convenient. This one is very sturdy, it has a strong magnet and it can charge the iPhone, Iwatch and the AirPods at the same time. I will definitely use this charger every night from now on.
