Handy charging brick
This extension cable/charging brick helps you tidy up cable clutter by integrating 4 USB ports alongside two Type G plug sockets. Two of the ports are USB A and two are USB C - they charge at a reasonable rate (30W if only one port is used) but do not offer fast charging and this drops to 15W if multiple ports are used.

Convenient extension lead
This extension lead has 2 AC charging ports, as well as 2 usb-c and 2 usb-a charging ports. It is very convenient to have it by my desk for charging all my gadgets. As the usb ports are 30W, they can be used for fast charging but not ultrafast charge or for latops.

Very useful extension and multipoint charger
As well as being a 2 gang (socket) extension cable rated 3250 watts this provides 4 charging ports, 2x USB and 2x type C ports. They claim these deliver 30 watts total. With the USB type A sockets (the large ones) I tried plugging in a Samsung S21 Ultra phone that has a max charge rate of 25 watts or 5 amps/25watts. This charged at about 2 to 3 amps or 10 to 15 watts. With the Type C USBs (the small ones) one of these labelled C1 also delivered about 3 amps or 15 watts. The other one marked C2 delivered about 5.5amps or 27.5 watts. My testing is only based on an android app that gives amps used live and I am not completely sure whether different phones respond in different ways to different chargers or in different ways depending on how fully charged they are. As mentioned, I did notice that the sales information states this charger is capable of outputting 30 watts maximum combined and based on my testing I think this claim is probably true.I do sometimes think that if charging overnight, then obviously you do not need a high charge rate all night long on all devices plugged in because as one phone charges, the available power would simply roll roll over to the next phone until all were charged. So for me, the outcome is ok, and it can charge one phone quickly if needed. This unit has a good quality look and feel to it and seems to be constructed well.Overall I think this unit is a good extension and multipoint charger offered at a fair price.

A decent upgrade from existing power strips that might not have USB ports
Very useful extension lead, it's good to upgrade your electrical items. This modern one can use USB-A and USB-C ports and two sockets for charging or power. It doesn't make it clear on the box if it's also surge protected - but there is a little LED indicator with the word 'Protected', which presumably *might* mean it's surge protected.I would have liked it to have a switch to turn off individual plugs without having to unplug them. Otherwise I consider upgrading to make the home safer by replacing old cables and extension leads as well as it being black so I can get rid of my old grubby one that was no longer white. It loses ½* because of no individual on/off switch and another ½* because it's not stated whether the power strip is truly surge protected.
