My son had been playing with a cheaper drone and was getting very comfortable with it but he had been watching a lot of videos of RC planes and really wanted to try one. Not wanting to spend a lot of money because of crashes, I found this plane and it seemed like a good fit. We bought it for his birthday and he immediately took it outside and started flying it. It is very forgiving and the control and speed is great for a smaller area. We have a very large yard, but it contains a lot of trees and a power line. He was able to maintain control around the obstacles with very little effort. I was impressed. It also has a pretty good flight time and comes with two batteries so he can keep it in the air a long time. Eventually he will move up to more complicated planes, but for now this is an excellent trainer for beginners.

This toy is the perfect Christmas gift! This is so fun! I could not believe the quality. Such a fun thing for all ages even an adult can have fun with this. If you do run into something the wheels will fall off so just be careful not to lose them.

The plan is best suited for a LARGE open space without trees. It would likely be difficult to fly for most in a backyard. That is because unlike a "quadcopter" style drone, this cannot hover at all. Think of it as a paper airplane with a motor! It is fun and decently made. There is a learning curve but not terribly steep. If you can learn to fly one of the foam drones, this would be a good step up. It can go pretty fast.One thing to note: the product description says after takeoff it will "hover in the sky to wait for your command". That is completely false. This style of plane cannot hover like a traditional drone. But that's the whole point to getting this kind. Overall fun, but could be pricey if you crash it.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great little RC airplane for older kids and younger teens. It's made out of foam so it can take a beating and still keep flying. It has two rechargeable batteries so you can keep flying while the other battery charges. The controls are very simple there's an elevator and yaw control. There's two small props that power the aircraft The main prop is just there for decoration but does spin while the aircraft is in flight. The two smaller props alternate and power to turn the aircraft. The aircraft is pretty stable while in flight and has enough power to even do simple stalls. The range on it is pretty good. One thing to note is that this is going to definitely get stuck in a tree or on a roof a couple of times so be prepared for that. Other than that this is a great product to keep the kids entertained for quite some time.

Nice quality Rc airplane that is easy to setup and fly. Don’t be discouraged by the size of this airplane. Usually smaller means more difficult but this is pretty easy to learn to fly. Best of all it’s made well and light so if you do crash repair is easy if needed at all. This type of foam gives and lets the plane bounce on impact reducing possibility of damage.It took me a few tries but eventually got the hang of it. I definitely recommend trying it.

This RC plane is very lightweight and it's essential to check the outdoor weather conditions before taking it out to fly it. While the remote control is easy to operate and as a beginner thats a very big deal. Finding a good valley in the park to fly this plane was a blast, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. However, ensuring the exterior conditions is very important because the wind was blowing slightly and it made it a bit complicated to control the plane. Despite that, I found the controls to be relatively simple to get the hang of and my 11 year old was able to pick it up and enjoy it too. Its so fun to play with. The battery last for a pretty long time and that makes it worth it. This is great for hours of outdoor fun and I would definitely get this for my kid. I am a huge fan and ai will definitely be getting ny son one of these.
