works fine....missing a few features
As expected ... this charger works better for lithium battery like the 18650 than regular rechargeables like NiMh AA. Some adjustments needed to get charging started. This basic works fine...small enough to easily take it with you and uses usbc for power.Nice feature to have would be indicators of charging progress and charging mode. My regular charger has both of these features. On occasion, it would not detect the correct battery type and will not charge correctly. This basic charger only has green for fully charged...and red for charging.

I've got six kids (and a son-in-law) at home, and you wouldn't believe the number of batteries we can blow through. I finally invested in a rechargeable set, and this guy does a fabulous job of keeping them charged. It's been a life saver. Totally recommend.

Works as expected.
Works exactly as expected.I had harvested all of the good 18650 cells from some battery packs, and wanted a way to gently and conveniently charge them. This was an economical and simple solution. The package contains the Universal charger, a USB cable, and that's it. Just for fun, I checked to see if the supplied USB-C cable (only about a foot in length) could also transfer data, and it does not. Which is fine. I wish I would have taken more pics of my process, but I only have the ones you see here. I actually charged several 18650 batteries and noticed that if the battery already had a charge of 4.1 volts (4.2 volts is fully, fully charged) then it didn't want to continue with the last 1% of charging. But that is actually probably a safety feature, which is nice. Most of the batteries that I had were at 3.8-3.9 volts, and each one took approximately 30 minutes to top off using a basic generic (rather weak) cell phone charger. Not bad.
