These make the most delicious pepper bacon. It's a good size, resealable package, delicious peppercorns. Will buy again when I need them.

Excellent peppercorns with great flavor.

Although I do use pre-ground black pepper in most of my recipes, I prefer this blend of peppercorns for fresh ground pepper at the table. Granted the variety of colors looks pretty in my glass peppermill, but, more importantly, this blend of peppercorns is less intense than using only black peppercorns. Each color is produced differently, and has a different flavor profile.
