Great training tool for young wrestlers!
I got this red grappling dummy for my 7-year-old nephew who just started wrestling at his elementary school, and it’s been such a hit! It was super easy to fill with old towels, sheets, and clothes, and once filled, it holds its shape really well. It’s the perfect size for a young beginner and gives him a great way to practice moves safely at home. The material feels durable, and the bright red color is a fun touch. It’s helped him build confidence and stay active even outside of practice. Highly recommend for any young wrestler!

Great for kids!
Got this for my Granddaughter and she loves it. Stuffed it with rags and old pillow stuffing. Holding up well after a few weeks of abuse. Recommended.

Isn't too heavy for children when filled.
This is a wonderful product. My son is obsessed with practicing wrestling moves on anything he can find, non stop. This is PERFECT. It could be used for so many training possibilities though too. Stuffed with old hoodies and some light weight bed sheets from Wally World and it is around 15 to 20 lbs tops. When full it reacts pretty well to moves, impact, targeting limbs or submissions. Can put the arms around your neck (suplex) and much more. Well worth the cost.

Cheap stitching and doesn't last
This thing is cheap and poorly made. My 8 year old had it for less than a month before the stitches came apart and it's leaking the stuffing I put inside all over. So, unless you're planning on being really really gentle with it, plan on learning how to sew heavy duty stitching. No idea why it says MMA when this thing doesn't last for any type of rough play or drills.

My husband uses this often for our kids training/ educational courses.Very durable, has held up well over the last few months.Good size for kids.

Doesn’t come filled
I don’t know if it was an oversight on my part but I was kinda bummed out when I saw this came without it’s stuffingBut no biggie it did what it was intended to do after we filled it with old pillow stuffing

Durable Dummy
My son has loved this thing. Be prepared to have lots of stuffing to pack this thing good. We used old tshirts and clothes/rags. Creates good weight for your child to train throws and techniques.
