Stress reducer
This works great for a stroke recovery person who now has a very soft voice. It even works if in another room!

Terrible
Feels cheap and winky…..and cuts in n out while your talking or gets muffled….. totally terrible and it really put me in a bind on a weeklong teaching gig as I was relying on it. Threw it away.

Lousy sound quality.
Bought this for my wife to use in the classroom. We thought it would help her voice carry in the larger rooms, but the sound quality of this was terrible.

Worth it
Great buy for teaching especially when you don't like to yell loudly. The sound quality is great, very easy to use and size is perfect.

Okay, but not great
I'm a teacher, a workshop director, and an artist who does public lectures - so I've used my fair share of voice amplifiers. For the price point, this is not a bad unit, but I encountered several issues (mostly minor, but they add up).The physical build quality of the unit is alright, so no worries there. The problems are more to do with the sound quality - there is definite distortion and a slight delay (owed to the Bluetooth I'm sure) which can easily throw off a speaker and make it more difficult for the audience to hear clearly what is being said.Overall, it's an okay amp if you're on a budget or working a small room (like a 20-student classroom) where distances aren't great enough to trigger the delay and you don't need to put the volume at a level where distortion will kick in). For professional purposes, I'm afraid this is a pass for me.

Pretty much useless
Saw the other reviews, still decided to try it, but the latency on this thing is just awful, rendering it unusable. When I tried to return it, even Amazon didn't want it back.
