This review is all over the place but informative!
Initially worried about the reviews I've read about the arm rests and some other things, and the price almost pushing me away from buying this chair. Finally pulling the trigger I can say with confidence they either fixed what people were talking about with the arm rests (made them closer to the chair and more adjustable) or people just expect a love seat or couch. The chair is perfect, not a single problem putting it together, I had it together in 20 mins. The chair is extremely solid and doesn't squeak at all. not only does the back of the chair recline super far like most gaming chairs, it has a separate paddle to set how far the base (place you're butt goes) reclines back to avoid having to sit back against the chair using you're weight to recline which is a massive bonus for me. some chairs require weight to recline but without being locked this chair reclines with ease. The adjustability of this chair is everything you would need. I work from home and this chair keeps me comfortable all day and all night for gaming sessions. Its a stiff chair but not too stiff, Stiff in the best way. when I first sat in it I was concerned it was going to be too stiff but after pulling 6-8 shifts for 2 weeks without standing up during, it has kept me comfortable and with 0 pain compared to my last gtp office gaming chair. after returning my Secret labs titan due to discomfort, I went from a 300$ gtp office chair to this. It has all the features you could need whether you are strict about posture, or you just wanna sit back drink a beer and watch movies or even console game its perfect. I wanted to stick to a gaming chair style but have that lumbar support and some other stuff. and I found it all in this chair. I'm 6,2 at 215-225 pounds. chair fits me perfect. I would 100% recommend trying it out if you want all the features in a gaming chair, while still keeping as much of that ergo you can with the style of chair. the pillow is actually super soft and squishy too. Its actually comfortable to use compared to other brands with really stiff pillows more for look. The chair looks leather in the mock ups, but its far from, its hard to explain, it's sort of a matte leather underarmor t shirt material. smooth and grippy but not sticky like leather. that may sound weird but in my opinion its the perfect material for a computer chair. its almost like a smoother suede material. Only negative I guess I would give them which wont effect anyone using this chair on carpet, is the wheels are pretty stiff if you dont have the weight of the chair on them. they wont freely spin if you flick the wheel with you're hand but they spin just fine. definitely not a hard floor friendly wheel, which I don't know of much other then buying roller blade computer chair wheels for commercial office spaces. all in all doesnt effect me all and the chair moves just as easily as any other on carpet. TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS IVE SEEN PEOPLE ASK ONLINE... 1. you cannot feel the diamond stitching at all on your back even after long sitting sessions. 2. the arm rests are more adjustable then secret labs and the gtp office chairs and not too far away from the chair (anymore?). 3. the price is steep until you feel the quality and durability of the materials they use, the weight and thickness of all the bolts, plastics, metals and fabrics show the quality. 4. how does it compare to secret labs? in my opinion the secret labs are super over hyped and over priced, yes they last a long time. but in my opinion they are super uncomfortable. for 150$ less then the titan, this chair takes the cake. All in all this chair is a 10/10 FOR ME. I know chairs fit everyone differently but I found the only chair I'm going to be sitting in until the tc600 or up comes out! sorry for the all over review if you made it this far, I just had all these questions when I was buying and I think this wraps up most of them. 500$ is alot for a chair but this is 500$ well spent in my book. I posted pictures I thought would best explain the chair. there is simply not enough reviews or info on this chair online yet with this model being less then a year old and being expensive I hope this helps you! cheers and good luck on you're chair hunt. p.s I am not sponsored by corsair although I wish I was, I just really like the chair :)

Great Chair
The chair is comfortable, but a little firm. The lumbar support is great in how customizable it is. I think the look of the chair is probably its best feature -- its the best looking gaming chair I have come across. The 5 stars is due to a squeaking issue that was ultimately resolved by Corsair's customer support. I purchased this chair on March 9th 2025 and after I put it together, I quickly noticed a loud squeaking coming from the right side of the chair. I opened a support request and worked with them to ultimately have it replaced.Great Chair and Great customer support!

Very LUXE(urious).
Chair was easy to setup. Heads up, there are no instructions in the box, but a QR code to scan to get both a written and video manual. All parts are very sturdy and you can tell that the quality is top notch.Chair is relatively firm, looks amazing, and has great lumbar support. Wheels seem a little tight, but I'm sure it will break in over time. Many people ask if you feel the "diamond" pattern stitching, I do not notice at all.A nice bonus is the magnetic head pillow! It is very soft.I debated between this and the Secret Labs Titan Evo, and tried both out before I bought. The Titan is a bit more firm, this is a bit more cushy. I think for the value (before the occasional discounts), this chair is a better value.

Chair too firm and is not designed well for controller gamers
I recently had the opportunity to experience the Corsair TC500 Luxe Gaming Chair, and I’d like to share my insights on its design, comfort, and functionality.Design and Build Quality:The TC500 Luxe boasts a sleek and modern aesthetic, with premium materials that exude durability. The fabric upholstery is both breathable and soft to the touch, enhancing the overall visual appeal of the chair. The build quality is commendable, with a sturdy steel frame that promises longevity.Comfort and Seating Experience:Upon initial use, I noticed that the seat cushion is quite firm. While some may appreciate this level of support, others might find it less accommodating, especially during extended periods of use. Over the course of a week, the cushioning did seem to adapt slightly, becoming more comfortable with time.Armrest Design:A notable aspect of the TC500 Luxe is its 4D armrests, which offer adjustments in height, depth, width, and angle. However, even at their closest setting, the armrests felt positioned too far apart for my preference. At 6’3” and 208 lbs, I expected a more accommodating fit. To address this, I swapped the armrests to opposite sides, which improved elbow support and overall comfort. This adjustment is a simple yet effective solution for those facing similar issues.Assembly Process:Assembling the chair was straightforward, though I encountered a minor hiccup with a missing bolt. This required a trip to the hardware store to complete the setup. Additionally, the package lacked physical assembly instructions, necessitating a visit to Corsair’s website for guidance. While manageable, including a printed manual would have streamlined the process.Adjustability and Functionality:The chair offers a commendable range of adjustments, including recline and integrated lumbar support, allowing users to tailor the seating experience to their preferences. These features contribute significantly to ergonomic comfort during both gaming and work sessions.Final Thoughts:The Corsair TC500 Luxe Gaming Chair stands out with its robust build quality and modern design. However, the initial firmness of the seat and the wide-set armrests may not cater to everyone’s comfort needs. With time, the chair does become more accommodating, and minor modifications, like swapping the armrests, can enhance the experience. While the chair is positioned at a premium price point, it offers a range of features that, for many, will justify the investment. Prospective buyers should weigh the chair’s attributes against their personal comfort preferences and ergonomic requirements.

High quality, comfortable chair
Very high quality chair. It is comfortable and extremely roomy. The chassis is all metal and the fabric on the chair feels premium. Magnetic neck pillow is a nice touch. My only complaint is that the arm rests don’t lock, but that is something I can live with.
