I purchased this item because I LOVE the Atopalm Intensive Moisturizing Cream (I love it so much I have subscribed to receive it every 3 months). I found myself using the cream as if it were lotion. Rather than just using it on my face I found myself using it on other body parts. Since I was using it so much, I decided to purchase the lotion for the "all-over" situation. From what I can tell, the formula is similar but the consistency of the lotion is thinner. It absorbs so nicely into the skin WITHOUT that oily residue/feeling that other lotions leave on your skin. The skin on my legs are really dry. So dry they look like scales, and sometimes I shed skin similar to a snake. It seemed that there was nothing that I could do to better the situation. I was using the cream on my legs once in a while, but felt that I wasting it (does that sound weird)... The lotion works JUST AS GOOD as the cream. I use it every night after my shower and periodically throughout the day.Sometimes my skin would be so dry that it would crack and hurt. Both the cream and the lotion helped soothe the skin and add moisture back into it.This has become one of my HOLY GRAIL products. I bought this lotion after reading a research report from the Dermatology Dept at UCSF about the benefit of moisturizer for the prevention of inflammatory processes arising from aging skin. I found that the company that made the lotion used in the study was this company. I find the the lotion to be very easy to apply; a little bit goes a long way. Just as well, it is expensive. The aroma is very pleasant and gender neutral. It definitely helped with my aging and chronically dry skin.

Expensive but worth the price. Leaves skin soft and silky.

This is an excellent product, and at a good price through Amazon. In the past I have made my own moisturizers, but products like Atopalm have emulsifiers for even application and absorption that I simply don't have access to. For those, like myself, who experiment with their own moisturizers, I stretch this product with a mixture of cocoa butter, shea butter, glycerin, aloe water, and sea buckthorn oil. This addition improves the product, makes it less expensive, and at the same time takes advantage of the sophisticated emulsifiers that are not accessible for home made skin creams. But, even if you don't experiment, Atopalm is a great product straight out of the bottle.

I really like this body moisturizer. I have been using it every night on my legs and arms and my skin doesn not feel dry. I also like that it doesn't have parabens because I am trying to use more natural products. I really want to emphasize on the free parabens because it makes it feel more natural and with my sensitive skin, I fear that products with a lot of chemicals cause damage. Thankfully this product does not!

I like all the other Atopalm creams, except this one. It smells bad, like a product that has gone bad. There is no expiration date that I can find on the bottle. It is made in Korea and I don't feel safe putting this on my skin.Bought through 'goodsretailstore'.Returning it.

This lotion is fantastic. I’m sensitive to so many lotions but this one doesn’t bother me. I have dry skin from using retin-a and tretinoin and I love this. It does have a light fragrance and wish it was fragrance free. That is my only compliant, but it disappears quickly. I like it better than the atopalm ceramide brand lotion.
