Wanted to wait before writing this review. I was very skeptical but wanted to try before hrt’s. Brief history I’m 54 in peri menopause. I may see one cycle every quarter. All symptoms of peri menopause. I would count hotflashes in the middle of the night. I was being woken up 8-10x a night. suffering burning from the inside out. Therefore I wasn’t sleeping, very irritated all day. Coffee mad my moods worse the more I drank to function the more paranoid I became. This cream changed my life!!! It’s been 2 months. No hotflashes! I sleep all night now. If I feel myself start to get randomly hot a rub the cream on my inner thighs, my wrists and armpits. Yes it does burn..I DONT CARE better than suffering with hot flashes. I would definitely recommend.

Smells great I think especially for being natural. I have used this few times, not consistently though as it says, I never take full dose of anything most the time. So I can't really say if it really works because my situation is better, but I did a number of other things for my health. I will say it didn't break me out, or my daughter in any kind of rash. I only use it situational, not too over powering smell. overall I'm happy with my purchase of this very nice self care item.

Update: Since I wrote this review I have been told by the original company that the product listed here is not the real Anna's Wild Yam Cream. It is bogus. That company also doesn't list all of the ingredients, so I am waiting to find out whether they will send me a list of all the ingredients. Meanwhile, I would suggest Amazon look into this and determine whether this one should be dropped from their site.~~~~~~~After listening to Barbara O'Neill promote this product in several of her training videos, I was eager to try it. I noticed that none of the advertising, even on their website, gave all of the ingredients, but I trusted her and presumed the complete ingredients would be listed on the label.So after spending several minutes trying to get into the container, through unnecessary plastic that came off in shreds and a bar code label covering the ingredients, I see that the box lists only the active ingredients, not all of them. Nothing about what makes the cream a cream, what explains the note that there is soy in the product, which of course could be GMO. Then I open the jar, which does not list ingredients at all and am blasted with a strong perfume scent that instantly made me feel sick, also not listed in the ingredients. Artificial fragrance? Probably toxic? How would I know? So I used my well-validated muscle testing system to find out how my body reacted and my test came up very weak, meaning it would be detrimental to my health. I haven't even tried the product and already I am angry and disappointed, and I do not anger easily.So now I have to go through the refund/return process.I've never written such a negative review, but that's what happens when trust is broken.

I cannot say enough great things about this product! I started using it after seeing a video of Dr. B. O’neil. I used to get very painful periods! So much sometimes I could not even stand up straight! I started using this and right away within one month my periods started to be normal with no pain as before. I also recommended this to a friend for period regulation and she got it immediately so if one of those two things is an issue you have I highly recommend it. When you put it on it gets warn in the area … I love the feeling is almost like icy hot without the icy part. Still to this day, a year + and I have not had an excruciatingly painful period.

I have been using this for 3 months and 3 menstrual cycles and I can say this absolutely works! My first week I noticed I was more relaxed and balanced and then my first menstrual cycle using the cream I noticed I had almost no cramping or breast tenderness and my flow was lighter. My second menstrual cycle was even better, and I just finished my third one—this was by far the best one yet. I didn’t even have any warnings of getting my period whatsoever. I didn’t even have crazy emotional moods, even my husband said he noticed a major difference. I usually have a few hours on day 2 of a heavier flow and the rest is so normal and light and only lasts about 4-5 days. This cream is magic and very effective! You just have to give it some time and be patient because every body and hormonal imbalance is different.I do like the smell and yes, there is a warming sensation to it. The ingredients to the actual Anna’s brand out of Australia is exactly the same, the only difference is the ingredient that helps stimulate absorption is double in this product, hence the warming sensation.I would have given this 5 stars but this company is deceiving buyers into thinking this is the actual Anna’s brand from Australia and it’s not. Just be honest with your customers. It’s the same formula but it’s not the same company.I will continue using this product and will be buying a lot more to keep on hand so I can keep my hormones balanced and Anna’s from Australia is much more expensive and goes out of stock a lot, plus shipping from Australia can take awhile.

Me impresiona lo rápido que me funcionó, lo utilice por tener PCOS ya llevaba muchos meses sin menstruación y literalmente al siguiente día de la primera aplicación empecé a manchar un poco y luego en cantidad más regular.Se siente algo de calor en la piel al usar la crema pero es tolerable.No me importa si es o no de una fábrica original, me importa que me haya funcionado y que tenga los ingredientes necesarios.Lo seguiré usando y espero mejore mi balance hormonal.

This smells amazing, it also has a warm feeling on the forearms. I enjoy it quite a bit and have noticed I do feel a little better after a few days of using consistently and per the instructions on the label.

I felt an immediate burning as soon as I applied to my skin. Lasts about 8-10 mins and fine now. Likely my body reacting to absorptionSticking with it! The smell is nice.
