Great pan!
The pan itself works great. The silicone ring, not so much. The ring ended up not being needed anyway. It would not stay up against the sides while I was pouring in my chocolate.

I am really impressed with the quality and functionality of this tart pan. Its non stick removal bottom is easy to clean and store. Crust shaper is cute and well made. Ordering few more for the upcoming holiday season as gifts.
