I don’t know that is is truly plus size. It is such a terrible quality it really doesn’t matter. Do not buy.

Flaw in the design

Why would you make the neck whole not stretch?! It's supposed to be for adults not kids ! I had to cut the top just to get my head through and make sure I wouldn't get chocked put while wearing. However I wore this for "scarecrow day" at my preschool and got lots of compliments
