This product reversed my hair loss! It was prescribed by my dermatologist. Be aware, it takes appx., 4 months to start new growth, then you have to use it forever. If you stop, within 4 months, your hair will start returning to prior condition before starting use.

I was very happy to find this available for women in the 5% strength. For some probably sexist reason, previously I could only find it in the 2%. I haven't used it yet, so can't speak to how effective it is. I've used the same chemical on my eyelashes and it worked great.

Unfortunately, after purchasing the new 6-month supply, I noticed the formula has been changed. Within days of applying the updated version, I developed a severe allergic reaction that caused intense itching on my scalp. This is very disappointing and frustrating, as I had high hopes for continued results with this product. Sadly, I'll have to look for an alternative as the seller refused to take the item back.Update as of 3/24/25The seller was kind enough to reach out to me in an effort to resolve this. They issued a full refund to me so I wanted to update their review to reflect the positive action that has taken place.

The dropper it comes with is kinda hard to get on and off so I use another one I got from a different order. I like these 1mL marking though
