If you care about taste and quality, be sure to read the ingredients of the white chocolate you use. This is the real thing. I've not found a better, fresher, more flavorful white chip with premium ingredients than these. A bit pricey, but worth the splurge. Delicious in baked goods, to drizzle, and also to eat straight from the bag. The creaminess is amazing. You get what you pay for, and I feel good sharing these in gifts I give. First of all, I'm not even a white chocolate fan. It all goes back to the day, many years ago (maybe 46 years ago - yeah I hold a grudge) when my sister had medical problems and they told my mother that she could not eat chocolate. (I can't imagine how this decision came to be.) Therefore all four of us kids got white chocolate in our Easter baskets. Come on!!!! I ask you, is that right? Not sure if that is the reason, but I will eat vanilla, but it is definitely not my favorite. However, when I tried this, I was greatly surprised. It did not have that biting, waxy taste that store-bought white chips have. It is very smooth, both in taste and melting. I have never really had an easy time melting white chocolate (the non good kind, apparently). This will always be my go to white chocolate. It is that good!

I mixed these Callebaut white chocolate callets with some Merckens white compound chocolate to make the best white chocolate dipped strawberries I ever made. My friend could not stop eating and raving about the bouquet of berries she received from me on Valentines day. My hubs doesn't usually like white chocolate and even he said they were delicious. The Callebaut white 25.9% alone or mixed with other chocolate is unbeatable. The flow is perfect and so is the taste. Melting was a breeze. You can't go wrong with this product.

This chocolate is really tasty, tastes nothing like that cheap sugary fake white chocolate melts.Very rich and creamy. Almost too rich! Take it from me, flavoring this chocolate will need actual flavor extract, not random berry powders. I mean, duh, right?Great value as well!Careful with summer orders, they WILL melt!

Great product,customer service and packaging. I received product in extream heat and nothing was melted even after it sat in post office due to them being very behind. Def order again. Taste like white chocolate should!

I was hesitant at first but the chocolate came insulated with ice packs and on time. I will be purchasing again.
