I got this because I have back, knee, hip, and leg problems. I used the back part upside down for my lower back in my lift chair and it worked great.My favorite part is the leg cushion. I put it under my calves when I am in my lift chair. The cushion itself is too firm but once I put a pillow on top it was great. I have alot of problems with plantar fascitis and when I usually get up my calves and bottoms of my feet hurt so bad.I got up last night after using the leg cushion and they only hurt a little. I like using both cushions together. No idea how it works for a butt lift but it works great for other stuff.

I ordered this item to protect my bottom while being seated, working from home. I placed in on my office chair and it works great! Don’t try to use it on soft things like a sofa or bed because it will sink in and your bum will not be elevated much. My thighs are thick and I was very comfortable. If you have really large thighs, they may hang over on the sides making the pillow uncomfortable.The back cushion is around 2 1/2 inches thick and very squishy. If you’re using the pillow for a bbl, you won’t have it positioned against the back of the chair so I don’t feel like the back support is firm enough to make up for the gap. I like the theory of the back cushion and the fact that it has a strap for placement, but this one doesn’t work well for my particular chair. I’ll try it with a different one.I love that the pillow comes with a cover so you can pop it off and throw it in the washer. The item comes tightly packaged so be sure to give them a chance to expand before using.Note: Pay attention to the listed weight limit. You can get away with being a bit over, but if there is a huge difference, the product will not function as intended.

This pillow is very uncomfortable and I only had for a short period of time before it started to go flat. I definitely do not recommend.

It felt good and comfort on the first 20-30 mins then my legs started hurting and got numb.

This BBL Pillow set is also washable.Yes, You can unzip and remove the outer Material to wash and dry. Just treat it gently. Dry on low heat gently. I highly recommend this item. The HOMBYS bbl pillow is filled with a thick comfortable memory foam. The thickness of the seat pillow combined with the separate back cushion gives a good opening to take pressure off of my rear. I like that it's a dark color and that the cover can be unzipped and removed for washing.
