Awesome!
These hearing aids work almost too well! I can hear things that maybe I don't want to hear? With some adjustments they will be perfect! Very nice!

Sound quality isn’t that good
Don’t know if it’s the mics or the speakers but voices aren’t clearly heard.

A nicely priced option to enhanced hearing. Comfortable to wear.
There is an option in the app to have hearing checked. I thought this was wicked cool; however, either there is an issue with the technology or I haven’t figured out how to administer the test to both ears, one after the other. I can only get one side checked. To get both sides checked, I have to make sure the left side can hear the sounds, then follow through with the testing. Next, I have to turn off both hearing aids, then turn on the right hearing aid until it registers as connected. Albeit, I am told that both are connected when I do this. They both seem to work well in tandem except for when it comes to getting my hearing checked. On the plus side, the restaurant mode is terrific! Actually, so are the traffic and wind modes. It is nice to have the option to cancel out sounds that can interfere with the sounds I want to hear. There is a great deal of literature that accompanies the hearing aids and everything reads with clarity and is easy to understand. There seems to always be a number of hoops to jump through when it comes to blue tooth technology, but in this case, it is well worth the effort. I absolutely love that I can hear calls from my phone (even if I have to speak into the phone), listen to music, youtube, podcasts, etc. These are like the top-of-the-line earbuds and can help with some moderate hearing loss, too!The hearing aid comes with a bunch of buds and a tool to help keep things clean. However, I do find that since I also wear glasses, that the hearing aids can sometimes feel like they loosen up and may fall out; although, I have always caught this before an aid drops. The sounds made when I adjust my glasses, change the volume or turn on/off the hearing aid are super loud and annoying. I also found volume control to be sticky and unpredictable, whether I am trying to make volume changes on the app, the hearing aids or with my phone volume control.I figured that these hearing aids would be China made, even if the company is based in Switzerland. I have found that transparency can be an issue when it comes to the country of production.

Fit better than my $6,000.00 pair
These little miracles fit my ear comfortably. I have a pair I paid $6,000.00, and even though they were custom fit, they have never really fit. I really love these, since they are so comfortable. However, these are basically for someone with mild to medium hearing loss. Definitely an excellent price. If your hearing loss is above that, they will not work as well. But, my personal opinion is go for it.

Needs a microphone for using with your phone
I think my review would’ve been different had Apple not added a hearing aid feature to their AirPod Pro. I really wanted to compare this hearing device to the AirPod Pro. Big wind here is that this looks far better and is almost invisible when wearing. Additionally, the software is extremely nice is that you can actually enter your hearing results from your hearing test with your audiologist. The downside that I noticed with the behind your design is that while laying down watching TV ( Which is when I primarily use them) can create a lot of noise and scratchy sounds from moving your head around. So these are not ideal for laying in bed and watching TV with your head on a pillow. You don’t have that same issue walking around. The other downside is that I had some connectivity issues with them disconnecting randomly. This is obviously a challenge as you might have to turn them on and off again or even put them into the charging station again. Even with these drawbacks, I probably would put these at four stars as a pure hearing aid… But I had to bump it down to three stars because when I answer the phone you either have to use the speaker or remove them to put in a Bluetooth device. So for the non-prescription user, they are good in certain situations.

Problems with connecting to phone
Item: VODESON Advanced Bluetooth Hearing Aids for Seniors-Rechargeable, 16-Channel WDRC DSP, Intelligent Noise Reduction,Music&Phone Compatible,FSA/HSA Eligible,OTC Devices for Mild to Moderate Hearing LossThese hearing aids come with simple instructions on how to connect them to your phone's Bluetooth. They also have a sturdy plastic carrying/charging case. There is also an app that helps you adjust them to your preferences. However, the hearing aids turn off and disconnect frequently making it difficult to reconnect them, if at all. Since most seniors are the ones needing hearing aids, this process could be easier, and more intuitive. The repeated disconnecting of the hearing aids is frustrating and especially bothersome when it makes a squealing noise. When these are working, they are great at amplifying the sounds. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to keep them connected and working properly. I do not recommend these hearing aids.
