Q: Does this work with my Garmin speed and cadence sensor?

I have a Garmin watch with the Garmin app on my computer and I purchased this USB ANT+ when the one that came with my watch was damaged and it works fine. So, I assume that it will work with your cadence sensor.

Q: I have a garmin 910xt. garmin express on both mac and pc the ant is found but not my watch? the data transfer settings on watch are correct.

Garmin watches are also Ant RECEIVERS, like this stick. Your watch may not talk Ant to your PC. If your watch is measuring something directly, (like cadence) your and receiver wont get that data i real time. This stick is for live data applications. I used it with Zwift and a MacBook. My Garmin watch and Mac both received live data from my trainer. The watch knew nothing about the Mac. With Garmine Connect I just sync the watch to my WiFi and Connect gets the data.

didn't work for me - returned it

The ANT+ dongle was recognized by Garmin Connect on my MacBook, but synching my Garmin 910XT didn't work - even though it looked like it synched correctly, the workout wasn't downloaded. I eventually tried another ANT+ dongle I had, and that worked as expected so I concluded that this dongle didn't work and returned it...not sure if it was a dud, or some compatibility issue.
